Over the summer period bookings are for full weeks only and ideally will run run from Saturday to Saturday. The rest of the year a minimum of three days is possible and we can be flexible on arrival days so just let us know what you would like and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Pricing
To keep rental fees low despite the size of the house, prices are based on an occupancy of 6 people. Children under 2 years old are not included although we are well equipped with cot, high chair, stair gates, toddler paddling pool, toys etc. For more than 6 guests, (including children over the age of two) or if you are using all 5 bedrooms, there is an extra charge of £8 per person, per night). Little children actually make more mess and damage than big ones!
Prices include EVERYTHING. There is no extra fee for cleaning, linen, pool towels, wifi, firewood, holiday tax or anything else. So please bare this in mind when making comparisons. Unfortunately, due to excessive use by previous guests, there is now a fee for electricity over the winter months in accordance with meter readings.
Prices are shown in Pound Sterling but Euros are also accepted. Bookings will be secured on receipt of the completed booking form and a 25% deposit. The full rental fee is payable 6 weeks before arrival. Payment is by bank transfer or UK cheque. Euros at the current UK bank rate of exchange are also acceptable and no exchange charges will be incurred by you.
A separate security/breakages deposit 25% is required at the time of booking. Basically the booking deposit becomes your security deposit. This will be fully refunded to you 7 days after your departure assuming a satisfactory check, that no excessive cleaning is required and there are no breakages, loss or damages.
Guest must ensure they have full holiday insurance cover in the event of cancellation or damages.

3 nights is the minimum stay. In June, July, August the minimum stay is a week, preferably Saturday to Saturday but we are happy to accommodate you if we can.
23 December 2020 to 6 January 2021 - £385 per night £1450 for the week.
7 Jan to 1 April 2022 - £225 per night. £1100 for the week
2 April to 27 May 2022 - £285 per night. £1850 for the week.
28 May to 24 June 2023 - £2300 for the week (£365 extra night)
25 June to 1 September 2023 - £2600 for the week (£420 extra night)
2 September to 27 Oct 2023 - £385 per night. £2400 for the week
28 Oct to 22 December 2023 - £285 per night £1850 for the week
23 December to 4 January 2024 - £440 per night £2700 for the week.
5 Jan to 22 March 2024 - £235 per night. £1350 for the week
23 March to 24 May 2024 - £345 per night. £1999 for the week.
25 May to 28 June 2024 - £2300 for the week (£385 extra night)
29 June to 6 September 2024 - £2600 for the week (£420 extra night)
7 September to 28 Oct 2024 - £365 per night. £2300 for the week
